Mount Adarra is one of the most emblematic peaks in San Sebastian area, a natural balcony that combines lush forests, open meadows, ancient pastoral routes and wide panoramic views over the Cantabrian coast, the Pyrenees and the interior valleys.

At the summit of Mount Adarra (811 m), you will enjoy one of the best 360º views in the area: on clear days you can see San Sebastián, the coast, surrounding valleys and even the Pyrenees.

Itinerary

Total distance: approx. 6 miles (10 km) Elevation gain: 1600 feet (500 m) Difficulty: medium (suitable for active travelers) – Start from a traditional rural area at the foot of Mount Adarra – Walking through forest trails and open pastures – Explanation of local flora, fauna and rural traditions – Stops at natural viewpoints and symbolic spots – Reaching the summit of Mount Adarra – Time to rest, take photos and enjoy the landscape – Descent following an alternative scenic route – Pintxo and drink after the walk
