Rifkin's festival is the new film of Woody Allen. What makes this film special and worth to be commented on this blog?

First of all, the location where it was filmed: San Sebastian. Beautiful landscapes of the city and part of its atmosphere are well recreated in the film.

Second, the chance to learn more about one of the main European film festivals: The San Sebastian International film festival which every year takes place in September since 1953.
