I like Txakoli


Do you like txakoli? I used to like it but I do like it more after visiting the txakolindegi, the pace where this special white wine from the Basque Country is made.

Why txakoli has such an special acid flavor? It is because in the Basque country it rains a lot and the grape receives less sun light that in other regions from Spain.

Do you have to spark the txakoli like in the picture? It looks that this is part of the Donostian show so Txakoli will taste good sparkled or not.
